Enjoy a morning combining an invigorating 60 minute yoga session followed by a two hour surf lesson.

Private / Semi-Private Yoga Classes:

Surf Yoga Maui offers a creative flow of therapeutic asanas (postures) with focus on alignment and moving with the breath. Here you will learn a progressive series of yoga postures, detoxifying muscles/internal organs, improving circulation, relieving stress, and strengthening the body. Each session is specifically customized to your skill level. These classes are privately booked to ensure a quality and personalized yoga experience for you and/or your group.

•What’s Included: Yoga Mat, Guided Meditation, and Asana Practice
•What do you need to bring: Bring a towel, water for after class, and let the teacher know if you are injured, have a health condition, or pregnant.
•Location: We come to your vacation rental, or meet us at our favorite outside beachfront location (Kihei/Wailea area).
•Class TImes: We offer classes between 7 am and 6 pm. Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class.

•All equipment included.
•Each of our professional instructors are CPR & First Aid certified.
•For kids under 8 we recommend a private.
•Payment is made at time of booking.
•Prices do not include 4.166% Hawaii state tax or gratuity.
